Sheikh Chang Singh was established in 2020 by Akshay Sharma and Karan Chachra, graduates of Les Roches School of Hotel Management, Switzerland, and the University of West London, United Kingdom, respectively. It started with a 200 sq. Ft outlet in Hauz Khas, Delhi, in September 2020, and turned a profit from the very first month.
