Requirement Criteria
You must have a parking space in front of the main road, whether you own or rent the property. Besides schools, offices, colleges, and residential areas, it should be surrounded by a variety of commercial and residential buildings.
Carpet Area
Minimum 250sqft to 450sqft onwards
Neither a shop-in-shop concept nor cross-branding should be exclusive to Sheikh Chang Singh.
It is recommended that you have located at least 3-5 km from the existing outlets.
Cost
In addition to interiors and equipment, an initial investment of 15 lakhs is required.
Preferred Candidates
Business experience is beneficial.
(It is necessary to comply with all statutory requirements (food license, shop and establishment license, etc.).
