Sheikh Chang Singh was established in 2020 by Akshay Sharma and Karan Chachra, graduates of Les Roches School of Hotel Management, Switzerland & University of West London, United Kingdom respectively. It started with a 200 sq. Ft outlet in Hauz Khas, Delhi, in Sept 2020; turning a profit from the very first month.
